1. Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• A deposit is required to secure your spot in the training.

• If you cancel 7 or more days prior to the course start date, your deposit will be refunded minus an administration fee.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the course are non-refundable.

• The remaining balance must be paid before the class begins on Day 1, via card or cash.

• A 5% discount applies to cash payments (not applicable during promotional discounts).

2. Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your training once, as long as you provide at least 7 days’ notice before the first day of the course.

• Reschedule requests made within 7 days of the class start will not be accepted, and your deposit will be forfeited.

3. No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations

• Failing to attend or cancelling on the day of the training is considered a no-show.

• No refunds, reschedules, or credits will be provided under any circumstances.

• Please ensure your availability before booking.

4. Payment Methods

• We accept both card and cash payments.

• A 5% discount is offered for cash payments (not applicable during promotional discounts).

• Installment plans are available when paying the full course fee online.

• The remaining balance must be fully paid before the training begins.
